At HOMEVIA, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer a 7 day replacement policy only if the product received is damaged during delivery. ( Jo cheez apko dekhai gai ho or wo Apko us tarah ki Same nahi ho to Return/Change  Acceptable hai ) 

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note:

• No return or replacement for used products

• No replacement for change of mind

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

• Original packaging should be available for replacement requests

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are available all across Pakistan
