Returns

  • We accept returns within 7-10 days of delivery for defective, or incorrect items only.

  • To request a return, email us at goldyh38@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the issue.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color choices, or if the product was used.


 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of lost or delayed items due to shipping, we will investigate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges.

    • If you wish to replace an item, please return the damaged/defective item first and place a new order.

      • Include photos of the item and packaging.

      • We will provide a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

        • All items are shipped from our suppliers directly to you.

        • HOMEVIA Living is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

        • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
